Regarding the caps for the FacePump series

Thank you for your continued patronage of Early Bird Online.
We have received many comments that the caps on our popular FacePump series are stiff and difficult to open.

During the initial production, we received many comments that the caps came off too easily, so they were designed to be a little stiffer.
As shown in the video below, if you apply force along the curve of the main unit, you can remove the cap relatively easily.

If you are unable to remove the cap even by applying force at the angle shown above, please contact our customer support using the dedicated form.
