Regarding the contents of the Facepump series instruction manual

Page 11: How to Use
6. Continue treatment until the power turns off approximately 3 minutes after starting.
*Even if the output level is changed during use, the power will automatically turn off approximately 3 minutes after starting.
This statement is incorrect. In reality, each time the output level is changed, the 3-minute timer is extended. Therefore, the power will turn off 3 minutes after the last output change. We apologize for the error and have corrected it.

If battery drain becomes extremely fast even after a full charge, we recommend replacing the battery.
This statement is included. The 3 years mentioned above refers to the average specifications of the built-in lithium battery.
As battery replacement for this product is more costly than repair, if a defect is found in the battery part, we will replace the product with a new one.
This will be covered free of charge if within the warranty period, and at a cost if outside the warranty period. If you wish to request repair or replacement due to a defect, please contact customer support.
