The TempraMed VIVI Cap 1 is a reusable temperature-protective cap designed to replace the original cap of an insulin pen. It combines an insulated structure with PCM (Phase Change Material) and a temperature monitor to protect the pen from sudden temperature rises when you're out and about. No ice packs, water, refrigeration, or charging are required.
This product is not a substitute for a refrigerator or freezer. Always store and use medication according to the manufacturer's instructions and the guidance of a doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional.
According to the manufacturer's performance tests, the device has been confirmed to maintain the temperature inside the pen below 29°C for at least 12 hours at an ambient temperature of approximately 37.8°C. Actual protection time may vary depending on ambient temperature, direct sunlight, bag conditions, and usage.
