About Our 7-Day Full Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our product after using it, we accept returns.
Returns are only eligible for customers who apply for a return within 7 days, counting the day of product arrival as day 1.
Once the returned product is confirmed, we will promptly process the refund.

Please note that inquiries made by other methods will not be accepted. After reviewing your submission, we will guide you through the detailed procedures.
About Refunds
※ After the return is completed, we will process the refund sequentially.
※ This applies only to those who purchased via "Bank Transfer" or "Cash on Delivery".
※ The full product price will be refunded within 3 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected, and you have provided us with your bank account information.

※ This service is intended for customers who are not satisfied after using the product.

※ This service is limited to one unit per person (including family members at the same address), and returns of a second unit or more, regardless of model, are not covered.
※ You must contact us via the "7-Day Return and Refund System Exclusive Form" within 7 days, counting the day of product arrival as day 1. Only customers who have applied for a return are eligible for return processing.
※ Please note that we cannot respond to any returns made without prior notice.
※ The shipping cost for returns must be borne by the customer (prepaid).
※ If you send the item cash-on-delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
※ Please place the product body and accessories in their individual packaging, then pack them in another cardboard box and return them to the specified address.
※ Only the purchase price of the product itself is eligible for a refund. The cost of accessories purchased at the same time is not eligible for a refund.
※ If accessories (such as the box or instruction manual) are missing, the product will not be eligible for return.
※ If the returned product body is faulty or damaged by the customer, we cannot accept the return.
In such cases, we will return the product to the customer via cash on delivery.
※ Consumables (such as gel) are not eligible.
※ Products purchased from stores other than ours are not covered by the "7-day return guarantee."
※ If you purchased using coupons or points, the refund will be for the actual amount paid. (In case of return/refund, the entire order will be canceled or partially refunded.)
※ Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
※ If we do not receive confirmation of the return within 1 week after the refund application, or if we cannot contact you for 1 week or more, the return application will be invalid. Please note that reapplication will not be accepted.
※ If you do not hear from us within 7 days (excluding holidays) after returning the product, please contact us separately.
