About Our 7-Day Full Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the product after use, we will accept returns.
If you wish to return a product, you must count the day of product arrival as day 1 and apply for a return within 7 days using the return application form to be eligible for a return.
After confirming the returned product, we will proceed with the refund process promptly.

How to proceed
If you wish to return a product, please contact us using the "7-Day Return and Refund System Exclusive Form".
Please note that inquiries made by other methods will not be accepted. After confirming the details of your inquiry, we will guide you through the detailed procedure.
About Refunds
* After the return is completed, we will process the refund sequentially.
* This applies only to those who purchased via "bank transfer" or "cash on delivery".
* The full product price will be refunded within 3 business days after the returned item arrives, is inspected, and we receive your bank account information.
Terms and Conditions
* This service is for customers who are not satisfied after using the product.
*Please check here for eligible products for this service.
* Limited to one unit per person (including family members at the same address), and returns of a second unit or more, regardless of model, are not covered by the warranty.
* Count the product arrival date as day 1, and contact us within 7 days using the "7-Day Return and Refund System Exclusive Form". Only those who have applied for a return will be eligible for a return.
* Please note that we will not be able to respond to any returns made without prior notification.
* The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer (prepaid).
* If you send the item cash on delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
* Please place the product body and accessories in their individual packaging boxes, then pack them in another cardboard box, etc., and send them back to the specified address.
* Only the purchase price of the product itself is eligible for a refund. The cost of accessories purchased at the same time is not eligible for a refund.
* If any accessories (box, instruction manual, etc.) are missing, the item will not be eligible for return.
* If the returned unit is found to be damaged or broken by the customer, we cannot accept the return.
In such cases, we will return the item to the customer cash on delivery.
* Consumable items (such as gel) are not covered.
* Products purchased from stores other than ours are not covered by the "7-Day Return Guarantee".
* If you purchased using coupons or points, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid. (In case of return/refund, the entire order will be canceled or partially refunded.)
* Refunds will be made by bank transfer.
* If we cannot confirm the return shipment within 1 week after the refund request, or if we cannot contact you for more than 1 week, the return request will be invalid. Please note that re-applications will not be accepted.
* If you do not hear from us within 7 days (excluding holidays) after returning the product, please contact us separately.
