Regarding items purchased from flea market apps/websites

As part of our customer support service,
we offer free repairs, exchanges, and other services for various products we handle within their warranty period.

The warranty period is:
Purchases from Earlybird Online: 1 year + 6 months
Purchases from electronics retailers and other e-commerce sites: 1 year
*Customers who purchased at electronics retailers or other stores must present their receipt at the time of purchase.
If the receipt is lost, even within the warranty period, the service may be subject to a fee.

However,
for products purchased through flea market apps (such as Mercari or Rakuma),
as a general rule, we do not offer repairs or exchanges, even within the warranty period.
Please be aware of this when purchasing used products.
